1) Quotations are not acceptance of order
2) A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking.
No credit or refund will be given for unused items.
3) Payments by cheque must be payable to "Mr M Lines". Full payment must be received prior to or on delivery.
4) All equipment is hired for a period of 3 days, longer hires available on request.
5) The equipment hired at all times remains the property of West End Banqueting Hire.
6) Orders can be collected from our premises, or delivery is charged at 50p per mile, minimum charge £10.00
7) Discrepancies on delivery or collection of hire must be advised immediatley.
8) All equipment to be returned clean unless the washing up service has been requested at an extra cost of 5p per item.
9) The hirer is responsible for any losses, breakages or damages. All losses will be charged at a replacement cost.
10) No responsibility can be accepted for injury by use of our equipment.
11) We will make every effort to deliver and collect at the times requested, however we will not be responsible if
we are unable to, due to circumstanses beyond our control.
